This RF/mmW Design Engineer position aims to strengthen our team in the development of new technologies and architectures for high frequency power applications. The performance analysis of critical blocks on advanced technologies will be performed to support the development of in-house technologies. As part of a team working on cutting-edge RF Front-End solutions, you will participate in the definition, analysis, design and simulation of innovative devices. You must have experience in modeling, simulation and design of RF/mmW circuits. The following qualities are particularly appreciated: self-motivation, initiative and team spirit. Responsabilities · Define the best topology/architecture with respect to technical specifications · Transistor-level IC design and simulation, EM analysis, layout and design validation. · Characterize, verify and debug the design through lab measurements. · Writing of technical documentation, presentations · Contribution to publications and patents

The RFIC lab develops systems-on-chip and modules in Silicon and III-V technologies for industrial partners. The major challenges of the latest generation of wireless systems concern the integration of the critical functions on the most compact and efficient systems possible. In addition, the increase in throughput and communication range requires the use of increasingly high transmission power and frequency bands, with increasingly wide bandwidths. In this context, it becomes necessary to combine different technologies in highly integrated modules capable of achieving optimal system performance. This integration of several technologies offers increased flexibility and performance while ensuring a very high level of integration. This RF/mmW Design Engineer position aims to strengthen our team in the development of new technologies and architectures for high frequency power applications.

Formation et Expériences souhaitées · Doctorat, Master et/ou diplôme d'ingénieur en électronique avec une spécialisation en conception de circuits RF/mmW · Compétences en conception de circuits RF/mmW et expérience dans la simulation et l'analyse de circuits RF/mmW linéaires et non linéaires. · Familiarité avec les outils de conception RF/mmW (ADS, Cadence) et les plateformes de programmation (Matlab, Python...). · Bonne compréhension des technologies semi-conducteurs tels que CMOS, SOI, BiCMOS, GaN, InP. · Capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes, sens aigu des responsabilités. · Attitude proactive, bonnes compétences en matière de communication, de documentation et de présentation. · Publication dans des revues et conférences techniques
