L&rsquo;acquisition r\u00e9cente d&rsquo;un \u00e9quipement TERS\/TEPL unique \u00e0 la PFNC (Plateforme de Nano-caract\u00e9risation) du CEA LETI ouvre de nouveaux horizons pour la caract\u00e9risation des mat\u00e9riaux. Cet \u00e9quipement combine la spectroscopie Raman, la photoluminescence et microscopie en champ proche. Il offre \u00e9galement des capacit\u00e9s multi-longueurs d&rsquo;onde (de l&rsquo;UV au proche infrarouge), permettant une large gamme d&rsquo;applications et offrant des informations in\u00e9gal\u00e9es sur la composition, la structure et m\u00eame les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques\/\u00e9lectriques des mat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 une r\u00e9solution nanom\u00e9trique.
