From February 5 to 7, 2025, CEA was present at Tech&Fest<\/a>, the must-attend event dedicated to the technologies of the future. This strategic meeting enabled us to exchange ideas with passionate talent, present our career opportunities and reinforce our commitment to technological innovation.<\/p>

The CEA stand at Tech&Fest was a veritable crossroads of opportunities for job seekers and students looking for an internship, work-study or first job. At our job dating event, we met over 150 candidates, each of whom brought a CV to add to our recruitment pool.<\/o:p><\/p>

With the imminent launch of our work-study campaign, these exchanges helped to identify promising profiles and showcase possible career paths within the CEA. At our HR corner, discussions were intense and uninterrupted. Many visitors discovered our corporate culture, our commitment to innovation and the career opportunities we offer.<\/o:p><\/p>

We have noted strong interest in our cutting-edge fields such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and data processing. Creation of a first-in-Europe eMBA with Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM)<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

At Tech&Fest, we highlighted a unique initiative in Europe: the launch of an Executive MBA (eMBA) in partnership with Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM). This program is aimed at executives and managers wishing to develop their skills in leadership, innovation management and technology strategies.<\/p>

Designed to meet the challenges of digital and disruptive technologies, this hybrid eMBA combines academic expertise and industrial experience. It is fully in line with the CEA's mission to promote the skills development of professionals and support the transformation of technology industries.<\/p>

The electronics industry is facing a twofold challenge: meeting rapidly growing demand and attracting new talent to these strategic professions. At Tech&Fest, Ludovic Poupinet, Director of Human Resources for Technological Research at CEA, took part in a round-table discussion on this subject.<\/p>

He highlighted partnership initiatives between companies, education and local authorities to boost the attractiveness of microelectronics. By building bridges between these players, these collaborations make it possible to offer training tailored to the sector's needs, and encourage young people to opt for these forward-looking professions.<\/p>
