Fourier ptychography for cell cultures imaging H/F

Description de l'offre : As an intern at CEA-Leti, you will have the opportunity to work in a world-renowned research environment. Our teams are made up of passionate and dedicated experts, providing a framework conducive to learning and collaboration. You will have access to cutting-edge equipment and top-notch research resources to carry out your missions.     During this internship, you will use an existing microscope setup with coded illumination patterns using LED array to acquire data from cell cultures samples.   You will implement the reconstruction FP algorithms using the available open-source code. You will work on further development of FP technique applications either by improving of the hardware setup or by adapting the reconstruction algorithms to cell-culture samples.   This technique can be eventually applied to the high-throughput screening of differentiating STEM cell culture samples in the scope of personalized cell therapy research.

Profil du candidat : This internship is intended for final-year engineering or Master 2 students with basics knowledge of Fourier optics and microscopy imaging techniques as well as moderate capabilities of coding in Python or equivalent programming language for image processing.   Good communication skills, curiosity and a taste for experimentation are appreciated.    Still have doubts?
