_Vignette News 2025_Interface

Technological innovation is transforming our world at an unprecedented speed. Each breakthrough opens up fascinating prospects, but also raises fundamental questions: what impact will it have on our lifestyles and resources? How can we ensure an ethical and inclusive technological transition? What safeguards are needed to ensure responsible development?

At CEA, no science without conscience

Faced with these challenges, the Societal Impact community of CEA's Technological Research Division is launching “Interface”, a podcast dedicated to the interactions between technology, society and responsibility. Through a series of interviews with experts from a variety of backgrounds, “Interface” deciphers the major transformations of the past and those currently underway: energy transition, evolution of digital uses, industrial change...

Expert voices to rethink innovation

For this first season, five iconic personalities shared their vision:

  • Julie Jouvencel, Managing Director of SoScience, a specialist in responsible innovation.
  • Pierre-Joseph GivreGeneral de Corps d'Armée, Director of National Service and Youth at the French Ministry of the Armed Forces.

  • Dr. Isabelle Tisseranddisruptive anthropologist, expert in defense, security and space.
  • Michel IDAopen innovation expert and founder of CEA's Societal Impact community.

Understanding the issues, anticipating the future
